Silverwood Consulting Inc. was established in 1998 with a vision of providing first class forest management services in northwest British Columbia. We have steadily expanded our scope in order to meet the emerging needs of utilities, oil and gas, and mining interests in our region. Our multi-disciplinary team of natural resource professionals and technicians is based in Terrace, B. C. We share a strong vision for encouraging responsible stewardship and sustainable development, innovative forestry and environmental practices, and community stability in our province.
Our key staff has extensive experience in this region gained through a combination of project work in forestry, engineering, and the environmental fields, and on-going professional development. This approach has created opportunities to provide full service program delivery and project management with resource industries, governments and First Nations.

Silverwood has worked on hydroelectric and transmission line power projects with both independent power companies and BC Hydro. The services we offer are wide ranging from the front end environmental assessments and permitting, surveying, right of way layout, road engineering and mapping, to supervision of operations, environmental monitoring, as well as sediment and erosion control.
