I started working at Silverwood in 2014 in an entry level position. Three years later I had completed a variety of projects in forestry, biology and environmental science which provided me with a breadth of technical and professional skills I feel I would not have gained had I worked at many other companies. Silverwood is a responsible, positive and agile company that gave me a balanced understanding of professionalism in the natural resource field. The company provided me the opportunity to develop by assigning me varied tasks and they increased my responsibilities over time. My time at Silverwood has proven foundational for my current position as a forester with BC Timber Sales.
