Silverwood Consulting Inc. is a natural resource management consultancy that has served northwest British Columbia for 17 years. Established in 1998, our vision is to be a local leader in the natural resources assessment and management sector working in northwest B.C. We are interested in exploring opportunities to work together with First Nations, energy and mineral proponents, communities, and other local consultants here in the northwest. Our goal is simple – to bring stability and sustainable growth to our region. Our multi-disciplinary team of natural resource professionals and technicians is based in Terrace, B. C. Our key staff have extensive experience, ranging from 7 – 30 years, in this region gained through a combination of project work in forestry, environmental science, engineering, and on-going professional development.
Silverwood is an organization that prides itself on delivering quality solutions for our clients and we have a proven track record of excellence. We constantly look for ways to strengthen our skills and improve our services and we support the growth of our team, both logistically and professionally. Our wealth of hands-on experience has come from decades of work in British Columbia forests where high level policy, legislation, and business plans meet operations – “out there” on the ground. Silverwood has excellent relationship with local government agencies and strong relationships with First Nations that include significant ongoing economic development initiatives in the northwest and on Haida Gwaii.
